1. Sponsor
The FC Westlake Fan Gear Giveaway is sponsored by FCTR Sports. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, or FC Westlake unless otherwise stated in writing.
2. Eligibility
This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, representatives, and immediate family members of FCTR Sports, FC Westlake, Instagram, Meta, and any affiliated promotional partners are not eligible to participate or win.
By entering, participants agree to comply with these Official Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws, rules, and platform guidelines.
3. Giveaway Period
The giveaway begins on June 18, 2026 and ends on June 26, 2026 at 12 p.m. CST.
All entries must be received before the giveaway period closes. Winners will be selected on or around June 26, 2026.
4. How to Enter
To receive one standard entry, participants must complete all of the following steps on the official giveaway Instagram post:

Each participant may receive one standard entry through the Instagram entry method.
5. Bonus Entries
Participants may receive bonus entries during the giveaway period.
A participant may receive one bonus entry for each qualifying FC Westlake fan gear purchase made through the official FCTR Sports or FC Westlake storefront during the giveaway period.
No purchase is required to receive bonus entries. To receive a free bonus entry without making a purchase, participants may email [insert email address] with the subject line “FC Westlake Fan Gear Giveaway Bonus Entry” and include their full name, Instagram handle, and email address.
Each valid free bonus entry will be treated the same as a purchase-based bonus entry. Purchase-based bonus entries and free bonus entries have equal value and the same odds of winning.
Limit: 50 bonus entries per person, regardless of whether bonus entries are received through qualifying fan gear purchases, the free alternate method of entry, or a combination of both.
Bonus entries may improve a participant’s odds of winning; however, a purchase is not required to enter, win, or receive the same number of available entries.
6. Prizes
A total of 10 winners will be selected. Prizes will be awarded as follows:
First Prize: $250 FC Westlake fan gear gift card
Second Prize: $150 FC Westlake fan gear gift card
Third Prize: $100 FC Westlake fan gear gift card
Fourth through Tenth Prizes: $50 FC Westlake fan gear gift card each
The total approximate retail value of all prizes is $850.
Gift cards may be used toward eligible FC Westlake fan gear purchases only. Gift cards may not be used toward shipping, taxes, or any other excluded items determined by FCTR Sports.
Prizes are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be substituted, exchanged, or redeemed for cash. FCTR Sports reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a listed prize becomes unavailable.
7. Winner Selection
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
8. Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted by Instagram direct message, email, or another contact method available through the participant’s entry information.
Winners must respond within 48 hours of notification. If a selected winner does not respond within 48 hours, is found to be ineligible, cannot be contacted, or does not comply with these Official Terms & Conditions, FCTR Sports reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
9. Entry Restrictions
FCTR Sports reserves the right to disqualify any entry or participant that appears to be fraudulent, incomplete, automated, generated by a bot, associated with a fake account, associated with a giveaway-only account, or otherwise in violation of these Official Terms & Conditions.
Participants may not use multiple Instagram accounts, fake identities, or automated systems to enter. Duplicate, incomplete, or suspicious entries may be removed at the sponsor’s discretion.
Tags of fake accounts, inactive accounts, celebrity accounts, brand accounts, or bot accounts may be deemed invalid at the sponsor’s discretion.
10. Purchase-Based Entry Restrictions
Only eligible FC Westlake fan gear purchases qualify for purchase-based bonus entries.
If an order includes excluded items, only the eligible FC Westlake fan gear portion of the order may qualify for a bonus entry.
FCTR Sports reserves the right to determine whether a purchase qualifies as an eligible fan gear purchase.
11. Prize Restrictions
Gift cards awarded through this giveaway are valid for eligible FC Westlake fan gear only and may not be applied to shipping, taxes, or excluded products.
FCTR Sports is not responsible for lost, stolen, expired, misused, or unauthorized gift card use after the prize has been issued.
Any applicable taxes, fees, or costs associated with accepting or using a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
12. Publicity
By accepting a prize, winners grant FCTR Sports permission to use their name, Instagram handle, likeness, submitted content, and prize information for promotional purposes related to the giveaway, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
13. Release of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless FCTR Sports, FC Westlake, Instagram, Meta, and their respective owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, representatives, and agents from any claim, liability, loss, damage, injury, or expense arising out of or related to participation in the giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
14. Instagram Release
This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta. By entering, participants acknowledge that they are providing their information to FCTR Sports and not to Instagram or Meta.
By participating, each entrant fully releases Instagram and Meta from any and all responsibility or liability related to this giveaway.
15. Right to Modify or Cancel
FCTR Sports reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical issues, unauthorized intervention, platform issues, or any other factor affects the fairness, security, or proper administration of the giveaway.
FCTR Sports also reserves the right to interpret these Official Terms & Conditions and make final decisions regarding eligibility, entries, winner selection, and prize fulfillment.
16. Privacy
Information collected from participants will be used for giveaway administration, winner selection, prize fulfillment, and related communications. Participant information will not be sold by FCTR Sports in connection with this giveaway.
17. Governing Law
This giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
